sigh.. Here goes again...

This is my entry for the winter contest for clubbie, though they haven't confirmed my membership, which I sent some time ago... But I hope I can enter it... The deadline is today...

The sequence is left to right for those who are confused. ^^; (Kinda like in Chobits manga, ne?) In the recent FMA fanfics I've read :XD:, Roy always seems to like coffee alot in the morning... Or maybe I just missed it in the anime, knowing me. I prefer hot chocolate myself, hehe. :giggle: So yes, this idea came to mind when I noticed the contest...

Everyone probably notices my sad attempt at a background... I can't draw trees!! But I knew it'd look empty without one. The hardest part of this was probably the facial expression... I wanted to keep it as 'Roy-ish' as possible but have my style in it too. The uniform was a hassle too... There's probably something wrong with it... Blah. ^^; But overall, I think it's a good first complete attempt at Roy.

FMA characters are the few that I had trouble drawing at first... It seemed like a simple style, but maybe that's what made it hard for me because it was difficult making the characters look like who they're supposed to be... It's probably just me. =P

Oh my god Tiffany. That's fantastic. The shading is so even O.O You did the tree just fine and the background looks great. Your anatomy has gotten alot better and your really make the hands look natural. I don't recall ever seeing FMA, except for this weird thing at the video store, but I'm sure you did very well in getting Roy down. The outfit is very cool, and the attention to detail is amazing ^^ You've really gotten alot better, and the chobitsy-idea was great and it really adds to the composition.

I hope they let you enter, and I know you're going to win ^^

Yeh, it's on Adult Swim on Saturday nights... I think at like 11:30 or 12-ish... Forgot. I didn't really like the English dub as much as the Japanese voices though... of course, that's just me. Rah.

W00t! Roy! You did a nice job with the shading. And the panel layout does remind of of Chobits. :3 Awesome work and good luck in the contest <3
